How to log in to OpsGenie

This tutorial will guide you through the login process for the Opsgenie app.
You need the following login data:

  • Email address for Opsgenie

  • Your Opsgenie password.

If you do not have your login data, please contact your supervisor or your IT department before proceeding.

1. Open the Opsgenie app.

2. Select the region to store the Opsgenie data.

3. To use Opsgenie with Magazino, the region must be set to EU.

4. Enter the email address of the Opsgenie account.

5. Tap the "Next" button.

6. Tap the "Continue" button to continue the sign-up process.

If this is your first login, please go to step 8.

7. If you have previously logged in to Opsgenie, a window will appear showing your last used account. Tap "Continue" to log in and complete the process.

8. Enter the email address of your Opsgenie account.

9. You will be redirected to the Microsoft login. Re-enter the email
address of your Opsgenie account.

10. Enter the password of your Opsgenie account.

11. Tap the "Sign In" button. Your registration is now complete and the Opsgenie app is ready to use.

If you have trouble logging in, double-check your password for typos and ensure caps lock is off. Also, confirm you are using the correct password, as your Opsgenie password might be different from your email password.
