How to reduce navigation problems

Changes of the environment

  1. TORU knows its environment and where everything is placed.

  1. If objects are displaced or removed, TORU no longer knows where they are located.

    1. Adding, moving or removing big obstacles such as pallets or shelves will confuse the TORU robots!

    2. If absolutely necessary: Align the change beforehand with the Magazino Support Center!

Obstacle detection

  1. Obstacles can be detected at a height of approx. 150 mm above the floor.

  1. Detection aids must be added to obstacles that are positioned above 150 mm.
