How to resolve an Intervention using OpsGenie

• Open the notification.

• Select “New Alert” and ignore “Ack”, “Done”, and “Mute”

• Read the intervention.

If the message is too long, select “Show more”, to see the whole message.

Follow the individual steps in the intervention.

If the tutorial asks you to write into the notes, click Notes.

• Select “+ Add new note” and enter your message, e.g. the barcodes that the tutorial asked for

• You can add further notes if necessary

• Select “Ack” (acknowledge) to inform the remote operator that you have completed the instructions.

You will receive another notification if further actions are required.

If no further actions are required, the robot will resume work in a timely manner.

A remote operator may change the status from “Ack” to “Unack” if any further actions are required.

• Check the notes to see what the further actions are.

• Select “Ack” to inform the remote operator that you have completed the further instructions.
