How to resolve orange errors

Orange errors are usually taken over by the Magazino Remote Operations team. Therefore, this guide is only intended for errors that are not supported by Magazino. Please DO NOT attempt to resolve errors while receiving remote support as this may result in confusion and incorrect robot status.

1. Open ARC and go to the “Fleet” Tab on the right.

2. Select “Warehouse” on the top of the screen.

  1. Select the robot depicted in orange.

  1. A menu bar will appear on the right. Select "Remove from Service." This will launch a tutorial guiding you through the process of removing the robot from service and manually completing any current jobs.

  1. Once you complete the tutorial, the robot should appear in yellow. This means you have successfully deactivated it. The robot will then drive to the charger.

Optional: To reactivate the robot, click on the robot and press “Activate” in the right-hand menu.

  1. In case the robot is still shown in orange, you can attempt a power-cycle. For this, press the emergency button of the robot.

  1. Then insert the key in the back of the robot [3] and turn it to shut the robot off. All lights should go off.

  2. Wait for 10 seconds.

  3. Use the key to turn the robot back on [3].

  4. Release the emergency button [1].

  5. Wait for two minutes until the robot has fully booted.

  6. If necessary, confirm with the push button [2].

  1. The robot should now be operational. If it still appears orange in ARC, repeat the steps above to take it out of service again. Please take note and inform Magazino using the support portal (support.magazino.eu).
