If a robot is damaged or cannot work for any other reason, please contact Magazino Service.
There are three ways to reach the service department.

The robot's Internet connection enables service personnel to access the individual robots. Access via the Internet enables remote maintenance and possible troubleshooting.
Information required for remote maintenance:
Your name.
Name of the company.
Number of the robot.
Time of the problem.
Error message and description.
Troubleshooting issues
Error | Possible cause | Solution |
---|---|---|
The robot drives only at a safe speed. | The protective field of the laser scanners is violated. | Step out of the protective field of the laser scanner. Remove objects from the protective field of the laser scanner. |
Reflector marks on the shelf are removed or covered. | Make sure all reflector marks are present and clear. | |
Robot does not drive. | Emergency stop button activated. | Unlock the emergency stop buttons (see "Unlocking the emergency stop button"). |
The bumper is triggered. | Free the triggered bumper. | |
No order assigned. | Assign a job to the robot. | |
The battery is discharged. | Charge the battery manually (see "Charging the robot manually"). | |
Wi-Fi in the picking warehouse is deactivated. | Activate the Wi-Fi in the picking warehouse. | |
The robot is turned off via the key switch. | Activate the robot (see“Switch on the robot”). | |
The robot does not start working after the emergency stop button is activated. | Emergency stop button not unlocked. | Unlock the emergency stop buttons (see “Unlock the emergency stop button”). |
| The tower was not closed before acknowledging the fault. | Rotate the Tower with the opening towards the Backpack and press the pushbutton (see “Closing the Tower”). |
