ARC [Advanced Robot Control]

Customized website

  • ARC is a monitoring tool for the operatives and is used for the following tasks:

    • Track status and location of the TORUs in the warehouse

    • Control status of TORUs

    • Track filling degree of handover stations to steer operations

    • Keep overview over orders transmitted to TORUs

    • Have overview over most important KPIs of TORU fleet

    • Solving interventions (robot errors)

  • Locally hosted webserver

  • Devices with webbrowser
    (preferred: Chrome)

  • Magazino set ups website and shares address for ARC

  • No registration or log in necessary

  • Everyone inside customer network can access website and use its features if person has IP address or website

  • Users who monitor TORU fleet

  • Maintenance teams can deactivate robot and execute cyclic inspection & cleaning

  • Operative users who are trained to solve interventions of robots

  • Single features (e.g. filling degree of handover stations) can be shown on monitors for operatives to improve the process of clearing

How do I use ARC and how do I solve interventions using ARC?

Can a user accidentally manipulate a robot via ARC?

Single TORUs can be activated or deactivated via ARC by an employee. If this happens, they can be deactivated or activated directly afterwards.

OpsGenie

  • Opsgenie is an optional tool that sends push notifications about interventions to your operative users to draw attention to a TORU robot

  • After opening the notification on the device is a link that leads to the tutorial in ARC

  • The correct execution has to be acknowledged via the “ACK” button in OpsGenie by your employee before the TORU can resume to operation

  • In case of complicated interventions, OpsGenie can also be used as a communication platform between our Remote Operators and your operative users

  • Mobile device (Android or iOS) adhering to Requirements for handheld error resolution devices + access to marketplace to download OpsGenie App (Google Play Store, Apple App Store)

  • 1 not-personal mail address to set up account
    (example: magazino@customer.com)
    Distribution list addresses will not work

    • Mail address needs to be able to be connected to Atlassian

    • 1 person needs to maintain mail address but this address is only used once for registration and otherwise only for resetting the password

  • One account is free of charge

    • Any subsequent mail address: 40€/month

Registrating user:

  1. Provide Magazino with mail address

  2. Magazino will create OpsGenie account and sent invitation link to regarding mail address

  3. Maintainer clicks on the link provided in registration mail to the mail address and registrates (they have to set the password for OpsGenie and share it with operative users)
    Mail address password ≠ OpsGenie account password

Integration of application:

  1. Set up mobile device + marketplace

  2. Download OpsGenie

  3. Log in via credentials set during registration

  4. Any further communication will only happen via app. Mail address is not needed for using OpsGenie

Log in:

  • Since OpsGenie is an app, account stays usually logged in on mobile device

    • This means that everyone who can access mobile device can also access OpsGenie App

  • Anyone who has the credentials of OpsGenie account can log in via website

  • Operative users who are trained to solve interventions of robots

How do I use OpsGenie?

Can a user accidentally manipulate a robot via OpsGenie?

No manipulation of a robot is possible via OpsGenie. Only when the execution of a intervention solving is acknowledged without executing it in reality, it can lead to collisions of moving components inside or outside the TORU with objects in not intended places (e.g. tilted shoe boxes under tower etc.). Trained personal reduces this risk.

Magazino Support Portal

  • Report problems with robots (hardware failures, weird behavior, etc. ) by creating a support ticket

  • Attachment of pictures, videos and descriptions

  • Get updated by Magazino Support about progress of fixing the robot

  • Get in contact with Magazino Support for necessary further steps

  • Have an overview over all created tickets and their status of your TORU fleet

Registration of users:

  • Enter your corporate mail address

  • You will get asked to registrate via password. Click this button

  • You will receive an invitation email which will let you set a password.

If you want to integrate an overview over all tickets of your organization for all support portal users, you have to:

  • Provide us a not-personal mail address
    (example: magazino@customer.com)

  • Provide us a list of all future users including the mail addresses

Log in:

  • Personal log in for each user

  • Enter your mail address

  • Enter your password

  • Operative users who are trained to solve interventions of robots

  • Users who maintain the TORU fleet

  • Users who monitor the TORU fleet

How do I use the Support Portal?

Magazino Documentation Pipeline

  • Collection of all tutorials, training materials and operation leaflets that are needed during the project and after the handover of the operation to the customer

  • Webbrowser with access to documentation.magazino.eu

  • User with corporate mail address

  • User needs mail address with linked Microsoft account

Registration of users:

  1. Provide us a list with full names and corporate mail addresses for all users

  2. Magazino will create Magazino account to access website

  3. E-Mail for authentication will be send to users of customer

Log in:

  1. Enter you corporate mail

  2. Enter your password

  • Users who maintain training material at customer after project closure
