How to adjust notification settings for OpsGenie

1. Check if your iPhone/iPad is in silent or vibrate mode. Locate the three buttons on the left side of your device. The top button controls vibrate mode; if you see orange, it's turned on. Flip the switch to turn it off.

2. Open the Settings app to review your notification settings.

3. Go to the notification settings.

4. Scroll down to Opsgenie and make sure all settings are turned on.
