Overview

The tools overview offers features to escalate a certain problem and there is still the possibility to access the settings of the robot. (Settings )

(warning) The tool availability depends on the current situation of the robot. Tools are hidden, if they are not available.

Reset the robot

The robot forgets all its orders and all critical events are automatically acknowledged.

(warning) The user must remove all KLTs from the backpack manually and handles the clarification of items with the internal WMS.

Shut down robot

The robot is completely switched off.

(warning) Please turn the on (I)/off (0) switch when the robot is completely switched off. (LEDs and display are off)

(warning) Restart: Turn it on again after waiting for 15 seconds.

(warning) If the cause of the shutdown/restart was an error, please create a support ticket.

Complete manually

The current request is completed manually.

(warning) The user must bring the KLT to the target compartment manually.

Abort manually

Free light curtain

If one of the light curtains is triggered by an object (eg. a shelf), and the user is unable to remove it by hand, this tutorial enables the robot to free itself automatically.

(warning) Check whether the automatic driving away from the obstacle is safe.

Open press

When a KLT is in the press jaw of SOTO and an error occurs which cannot be resolved via normal error resolution, the user can open it manually with this tutorial.

(warning) Make sure that the gripper is located directly under the KLT and that a falling KLT does not damage it.
