1. TORU will put boxes onto the putwall. Users can conveniently take the boxes from the putwall for further processing.
A) Many compartments per picking list possible
B) Up to three boxes per compartment
C) One light per compartment
2. The colors on the putwall screen mean the following:
[DARK PETROL]: No picklists are currently completed on this putwall
[PURPLE]: There is at least one complete express pick list on the putwall. Therefore the putwall needs to be cleared as fast as possible.
[YELLOW]: There are some complete pick lists on the putwall, but none of them are express.
[RED]: There are many complete pick lists on the putwall, and it is almost full. It needs to be cleared as fast as possible.
3. Go to the putwall.
4. You can start picking boxes from any compartment that has a white or purple light. The compartments will light up in the order of cutoff times, meaning the compartment that needs to be cleared most urgently will light up first.
5. After the first scan, all boxes that belong to the same picklist will be shown with a yellow light.
6. Continue picking all boxes from the compartments with a yellow light.
7. Once the last box of the picking list has been completed, the lights will turn green for around seven seconds to confirm you've finished.
8. You can now continue with the next picklist (white light).
