How to resolve an Intervention using ARC

• Open the notification.

• Select “New Alert”. You can ignore “Ack”, “Done”, and “Mute”.

• Read the Task.

• Select “Open Tutorial (ARC)

• Follow the instructions of the tutorial.

• Select “Complete Intervention”.

The intervention is resolved, and the robot will be restarted.

If the robot has a different problem than stated in the tutorial or you do not manage to resolve the error

• Select “Assign to Magazino”.

• Select “Confirm” to assign the Intervention to Magazino.

The intervention is assigned and will be worked on from remote.

• New tasks or Opsgenie interventions might be created by the remote operator.

Alternatively, you can also select the intervention in the ARC sidebar or by selecting the blocked (red) robot on the map.
