  1. Proceed to the robot and press the emergency button. Then press ‘Next’ in ARC.

  1. Clean all TOF sensors at the front and back of TORU using a clean cloth. Caution: Please do not clean the laser scanners!

  1. Release the emergency button and press the restart button once. Then press ‘Next’ and ‘Complete intervention’.

  1. Wait for the robot to restart and verify there are no remaining errors.
