  1. Navigate to the Fleet section and click on the red robot icon to view the error. Press the ‘Resolve error’ button.

  1. Make sure you have a TORU backpack key at hand. Then press ‘Next’.

  1. Proceed to the robot and press the emergency stop button. The emergency stop button state should change to “Pressed” in ARC. Once done, press ‘Next’.

  1. Unlock the backpack door using the TORU key and open it. Then press ‘Next’.

  1. Remove all boxes from the backpack. Then press ‘Next’.

  1. Close and lock the backpack door. Then press ‘Next’ in ARC.

  1. Place the extracted boxes in the specified target compartments. As you proceed, click the checkmark symbol next to each item on the list – the symbol will turn green. Then press ‘Next’.

  1. Release the emergency button on the robot and press the restart button. The restart button state should change to “Pressed”. Then press ‘Complete intervention’ in ARC.

  1. Wait for the robot to restart and verify there are no remaining errors.
